This Privacy Policy explains how pmsync (“pmsync”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your information when you visit pmsync.app (the “Site”) and join our waitlist. pmsync is an independent, pre-launch project operated by a solo developer.
Who we are
pmsync provides hotel booking components for Framer. The product is currently in private beta and is not yet available for purchase. For any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@pmsync.app.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is the email address you submit through our waitlist form. We do not ask for your name, payment details, or any other information. Our hosting provider may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) automatically as part of operating and securing the Site.
How we use your information
We use your email address solely to contact you about pmsync — including early access, the private beta, and launch. We process it based on the consent you give when you submit the waitlist form, and we do not use it for any unrelated purpose.
How your information is stored and shared
When you submit the form, your email is handled by Framer, which hosts the Site, and is delivered to our own email inbox (provided by Google or Zoho). In the future we may use Resend to send waitlist emails. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers needed to operate the waitlist, or where required by law.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track your activity across the web. Only cookies strictly necessary to operate the Site may be used by our hosting provider.
Data retention
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, you unsubscribe, or it is no longer needed for the waitlist — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@pmsync.app. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message.
International transfers
Our service providers, including Framer and our email provider, may store and process data on servers located in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
